Charlie Chaplin Teapot both studies
This is a very difficult teapot to find, long out production and from a small production run judging by its scarcity. It is from the early Paul Cardew design studio of South West Ceramics and Moka ware .
The pot is in fine condition, with all the lustre intact, and is without damage, restoration, or faults. Charlie is leaning on a bamboo cane forming the handle, hand outstretched forming the spout. Great design.
It stands over 11 inches high, and is regarded as rare!
