Charlie Chaplin Teapot both studies
These are a very difficult teapots to find, long out production and from a small production run judging by its scarcity. They are from the early Paul Cardew design studio, of South West Ceramics and Moka ware .
The pots are in fine condition, with all the lustre intact, and are without damage, restoration, or faults. Charlie is leaning on a bamboo cane forming the handle, hand outstretched forming the spout, in the other version he is holding his cane across his body.....Two superb renderings of the great clown.
Each stands over 11 inches high, and both are regarded as vintage rare!
This is a special price for The Pair, although you can purchase either individually.
